To set up security for who can and cannot access the folders in Drive, you will need to open the Project Menu and select the Drive Security option located within the "Project Menu" shown below.


 

The 'Manage Drive Security' window will open and from there, you will be able to set which roles can View, Edit, and Manage the system folders and the files within them.  Assigning Manage Privilege gives users assigned to the role full access corresponding to the folder.


You can also turn off any system folders that are not applicable to your project which will hide the folder from all project team members. Once you have finished setting up the Drive security for your project, you must click the SAVE button to apply your changes.
