Drive Security will allow you to set the security options for Drive access according to the roles assigned to the users. To set up security for accessing the folders in Drive. Click on the Project Menu dropdown and select the Drive Security option from the Field settings.
- Select the 'Manage Drive Security' to set the View, Edit, and Manage options to the system folders and the files within them. Assigning Manage Privilege to a certain role will give the user a complete access to the corresponding folder.
- You can also turn off any system folders that are not applicable to the project which hides the folder from all project team members.
- Click on the Save button to save the defined drive security.
