In LiveLink, you have the option to create fixed Groups of multiple Project Members. The groups are saved in the Groups Tab in LiveLink. Once a Group is created, you can select it and Invite all Users in the Group at any time.

In the LiveLink Side Panel, click on the Invite Members Button to view the Invite Members Panel

Type in a Group Name in the Group Name Field (Optional), then select Users that you would like to be a part of your Group.

Once you have Invited the users to a LiveLink, a New Group will be created.    


To re-invite the Group at any time simply click on the Groups Tab in the Invite Members Panel. In the Groups Panel, select a group and click the Invite Button. This will start a Livelink with all Group Members listed in that particular Group.
