You can add security roles from both the Permission Groups option in the Project Menu and from the App Designer. In this help topic, we will cover adding and configuring Security Roles from the App Designer.
- Once the App Designer is open, and you go to the the Security Roles tab you will see that Security Roles pertaining to your industry have been pre-added for your SmartApp.
- You can rename, copy, remove, disable, or make a role the default by clicking on the down caret to the right of the role name and selecting the option from the menu shown below.
- To add a New Security Role, click the + Add button shown below.
