The 'Team Safety Credentials' Option in the SAFETY™ Settings menu allows Admins or Safety Manager the option to Configure Fields that Workers and Visitors will need to fill out when visiting your Safesite. These configured Safety Credential fields are Displayed in the 'Safety Onboarding Flyer' and Safety Kiosk.   

  • In the Team Safety Credentials,  there are 5 Modifiable Preset Credentials:
  • Emergency Contact Name
  • Emergency Phone
  • Relationship to Contact
  • OSHA Card Issued To
  • OSHA Number
  • OSHA Expiration Date
  • OSHA Documents

  • To Add additional Safety Credentials, simply click on the '+' to get started.

  • Next, click to Select and Add one or Many Trades.


  • With Trades Added,  add a Field Name.

  • With the Field Name Added,  Click to select a Specific Field Type from the options as shown below.

  • With a Field Type Selected,  add the required information for that Type.  Click the 'ADD' button to Add the new Safety Credential Field.

  • With your New Team Safety Credential Added, with the following Toggle Options for your Field that can be enabled as per requirements.

  • With The Safety Credentials Set, Safesite Workers will fill out the Fields when entering the Safesite.
