Click on the 'Workflow' Tab option in the App Designer of your Form App to Edit the app Workflow. The different Workflow options are available in a Form Based App. All USER, NON USER and PLANNER Workflow Activities are listed below.
Workflow Event Options:
All Workflow Activities can be kicked off after the following Events:
- ON AFTER Create - Workflow can kick off ON or AFTER an App Item is Created.
- ON AFTER Edit - Workflow can kick off ON or AFTER an App Item is Edited.
- ON AFTER Schedule Start - Workflow can kick off ON or AFTER a Scheduled Event.
Workflow Activities:
There are 3 Workflow Activity Types, NON USER, USER and PLANNER. A Start Workflow Activity is set by Default, giving you a Starting Point for your Workflow.
 | Start | By Default, when you open your Form App Workflow, you will see a Start Activity in your Workflow. You can Set Transitions from this Workflow to One or More additional workflow steps. |
