Post to Budget under Non-User (user with view only permissions) workflow activities when added to the workflow, based on the selections/configurations made can add or subtract the cost from the budget cost of any selected item.
Post to Budget Workflow Configuration
- Drag and drop the 'Post to Budget' workflow activity and click to open the Properties page.
- As this workflow activity is a Non User Workflow activity when configured , the post to budget activity will automatically do the addition or subtraction to the existing budget cost.
