The Response On behalf of a User can only be added from the 'No Response' filter. By tapping on the 'No Response' filter dial will show you all the Users who have not responded.


  • The 'Response on behalf Of' is set to 'NONE' by default . Response Monitor can Respond on behalf of a user, tapping on None will show a list of Reponses along with the ID configured' Upon selecting a Response, a pop up is shown allowing the Response monitor to enter the reason for the response.


  • The set Response Monitor role has to enter the reason for the response on behalf of in the reason section as shown below.

  • Clicking on 'Confirm' will navigate you to the corresponding response Filter, As in the Example the User is navigated from No Response to Acknowledge and displays the updated Response of behalf of, By and Reason columns accordingly.


  • Once the 'Response on behalf Of' is updated the 'No Response' and 'Acknowledge' counts are updated accordingly.
