The 'Budget Line Items' field displays all the budget line items from the Budget Manager along with Budget and Cost values (unless hidden), which are grouped by Division Code as shown below.
- You can use the 'Filter' option to select one or more 'Division Code' options and Budget Items for the selected Division codes will be displayed in the dropdown.

- When you selects ONLY one Budget line Item the 'Remaining Balance' of the selected Budget line item is populated in the 'COST' field.
- You can change the budget requirements and create the Tag . The 'COST' value can also modifies to more than the Remaining Balance and is immediately validated with a warning icon. Hovering on the icon shows the message as shown below.
- While entering an amount make sure the Cost is EQUAL TO or LESS THAN the Remaining Balance of the selected Budget Item. Once the required details are entered the Rollup tag would successfully be created.
