Once you have Uploaded and Routed your Drawings for Approval, you can save your Route Category as a Template!


When you're done configuring the route details, you will be asked if you want to save this Route Category as a Template.


HOW TO SAVE A ROUTE CATEGORY AS A TEMPLATE

  1. Enter the Template name and click on "Save as Template".
    [Note: All data except the Due Date, Expiration Date and Reason for Route will be saved to the Template]
  2. You will be redirected to a screen which will be Processing File Routes


HOW TO UPDATE AN EXISTING TEMPLATE


When a Template already exists, you can use the pre-populated data as reference and make any changes you want to. In the example below, the template is being modified by deleting one of the users.


When you select "Done", you will be asked if you want to "Create New" or "Update Existing".

Select "Update Existing", give the Template a name, and you're all set!


HOW TO EDIT A TEMPLATE NAME

  1. Click on the edit icon
  2. An inline name highlight will be displayed, allowing you to edit the name.
    [Note: Duplicate template names should not be allowed per route category]


HOW TO DELETE A TEMPLATE


You can easily delete a template by clicking on the delete icon - as shown below.
Click "Yes" when asked to confirm.
