Plan Board will allow you to create Rollups with Budget line item(s) which will further help you in filtering the respective Budget Line Items for a specific tag being created at the Dispatch board.

On the Planner Board, during the creation of a Rollup Tag, one or more Budget line items can be picked based on whether you pick one or more than one budget item.
