Sharing Individual App Items from App in Apps Mode can be done by clicking on the Share icon will allow you to share the selected App Item with other Project Team members that have access/permissions to the selected App.

• In the 'Share App' window, first click to select Project Members/Email Address you would like to share the selected App Item with.

• With one or more Project Members selected, add a Message and click the Share button to Share the App Item.

• The Users you sent the App Item to will receive an email notification as shown below, with your message and a link to the Item you are sharing.

Sharing Individual App Items from Inside an Item

• In Apps Mode, in an App, inside an App Item,  clicking on the Share icon will allow you to share the selected App Item with other Project Members.  This process is the same as in the above process.

Sharing Multiple App Items from App in Apps Mode

• In Apps Mode, in an App, with Multiple App Items selected,  clicking on the Share icon will allow you to share the selected App Items with other Project Team members that have access/permissions to the selected App.

• The only difference in the Share App window as compared to when only 1 App Item is selected, is that there is no Copy Link for the multiple items.

• The Users you sent App Items to will receive an email notification as shown below,  with your message and a link to the Item you are sharing.
