HOW TO USE MULTI-SELECT WHEN GROUPING BY APPS:

  1. When Grouping by Apps you can select multiple items by holding down the CTRL key on your (desktop) device and selecting all the items you want to.
  2. When multiple tasks are selected and are a part of the same ‘App’ and ‘Stage’, then a new multi-select workflow icon will appear in the "App" bar.
  3. Clicking on the workflow gear will load the working activity.


Note: when the selection set does not belong to the same app or stage, the multi-select workflow icon will be hidden when multiple items are selected.






HOW TO USE MULTI-SELECT WHEN GROUPING BY TYPES:

  1. When Grouping by Type you can select multiple items by holding down the CTRL key on your (desktop) device and selecting all the items you want to.

  2. When selecting by ‘Type’, the ‘Type’ has to be fixed within that scroll. As you scroll further, the next ‘Type’ will be fixed/locked.

  3. When multiple tasks are selected that are a part of the same ‘App’ and stage, then the new multi-select workflow icon will appear in the ‘Type’ bar.




HOW TO USE MULTI-SELECT WHEN GROUPING BY DATE:

  1. When Grouping by Date, you can select multiple items by holding down the CTRL key on your (desktop) device and selecting all the items you want to.

  2. When selecting by ‘Date’, the ‘Date’ has to be fixed within that scroll. As you scroll further, the next ‘Date’ will be fixed/locked.

  3. When multiple tasks are selected that are a part of the same ‘App’ and stage, then the new multi-select workflow icon will appear in the ‘Date’ bar
