With Suggested Apps, we bring you a curated collection of apps right on the landing console, tailored to your specific edition.

Frequently Used Apps on Landing Pages

1. Landing Page for each 'MODE', will have a new section called the 'Frequently Used Apps'

2. By Default, we will be showing a couple of Apps under each Module to start with (This will be determined by the Services team),

3. This is a Project Wide setting and is not user-specific, Admin or the Super Admin has the ability to ADD/REMOVE/MANAGE what apps has to show for all Project Members

Note: User-level security will still be honored at the App Level, If a User does not have access to the App then the specific App Tile will be hidden.

Manage to Add/Remove Apps under 'Frequently used Apps'

1. Admin & Super Admin for the Project will see a new 'Gear' icon part of each landing page, hidden for other Project members.

Note: This is a Project Wide setting and is not user-specific.

2. Tapping on the 'Gear' will display a suite of Apps corresponding to the mode the User invoked by clicking on the Gear 'Manage Apps'

3. 'Manage Apps' is a right pane UI. 

In our example, Admin clicked on the Gear icon from the 'FIELD' Mode, So the 'Manage Smart apps' displays the App Suite that is part of the default App suite for FIELD.

Apps that are already shown under 'Frequently Used Apps' are shown as ON, other Apps will be in the OFF state.

4. In order to show more Apps to the landing page, Turn ON the Apps and click on 'Save', OFF and save will hide from the UI.

Load Smart App Grid/App Items from Frequently Used Apps

1. Tap on an App Tile from 'Frequently used Apps',

3. Clicking on an App Tile, The APP Grid has to load as a NEW frame within the mode user is in. Note that the user in this use case should

NOT be navigated to the Apps mode and then load the Smart App Grid.

2. In our example, On the Desktop, User is on the 'FIELD' landing page and clicks on the 'RFI' App, Notice that the RFI App grid loaded as a new

frame on top with the user still being in the 'Field' mode. (User should NOT be navigated to Apps mode)

3. Tapping on the HOME icon will navigate the user back to the Home page as shown below.

Note: App Icon has been removed before the App name, Instead the Home icon will be displayed.

When an App Grid is loaded from Apps mode, the current implementation stays as is.

SHOW MORE

1. Planner Apps/ Field Apps/ Safety Apps 'Tile' from the Top section of the landing page has been REMOVED

2. This is now been replaced with 'Show More

2. Clicking on 'Show More

a. Load all of the App Suite on top of the landing mode user is in as a NEW frame. If the User is in the 'FIELD Landing Page', Tapping

on 'Show more' will load Apps Mode and filter 'FIELD Apps' by default.

b. We should look to implement 'Loading an App' by clicking on the Tile from 'Frequently used Apps' and 'Show More' use cases on

Devices to have a similar flow/UI experience like Desktop as shown in sections 3.5 & 3.6.

2. In our example, the User is on the 'FIELD' landing/Home page and clicks on the 'Show more', Notice that the App suite related to Field Apps

loaded as a new frame with the user still on the 'Field' mode. (User should NOT be navigated to Apps mode)

3. Tapping on the HOME icon will navigate the user back to the Home page as shown below.
