When someone on the jobsite is trying to gain entry to a Smart Gate that has "Guard Attendant Mode" setup, they will see an option at the top of their screen to saying "Need help? Contact Attendant".

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A USER REQUESTS TO "CONTACT ATTENDANT"?

  1. The user will either be connected with the Guard Attendant through a LiveLink call after a confirmation prompt.

  2. When a LiveLink call cannot be established with the Guard Attendant, the screen will show the custom message you had set up (under Guard Attendant Settings). It will also give the user the options to "Go back to home" or "Call again".
