After the Smartapp Connector for Procore is installed simply from inside your Procore Project goto your Apps pulldown menu and you will see the Smartapp SFETY option. Simply click on it.

Once you click it will load a friendly Smartapp PLANNER console to make it easy for you to click on the SAFETY feature you would like to  use and it will open up a new browser tab with that feature open in the linked Smartapp project.
