By clicking on the Drive Section the User will be displayed with a standard set of System Generated Folders. These System Folders cannot be deleted. The Drive is a Document Management System to store Files in each Folder related to the Project.
- The standard set of System Generated Drive Folders available for you on the Drive Mode are as below:
- Schedules
- Drawings
- Sketch
- BIM
- Photos
- Videos
- Files
- App Files
- User Space
- Safety Policies
- Certifications
- LiveLink Meetings
- Daily Photos
The Drive mode can be accessed by pinning the section to the bar in the Theme settings or can be accessed from Planner/Field/Safety Sections.
From the Planner, Drive can be accessed as shown below:
From the Field, Drive can be accessed as shown below:
From the Safety, Drive can be accessed as shown below:
Note: Users can navigate to Drive Mode via Planner, Field or Safety Tab.
