To Manage a Team Member’s Permission in the Project Team window, select the Team Member you would like to Manage and click on the Assign/Unassign toolbar button.  Only a Project Owner, Super Admin or Admin will be able to Assign Security.

  • A Project Team Member can be assigned one of the following Roles:


None


Team Members will not have Admin or Company Manager access.

Super Admin


Super Admin will be able to manage the entire Project including Billing Related Information.

Admin


Admin will be able to manage the entire Project with the exception of Billing Related Information.
Admin with Billing
Admin with Billing allows a Team Member to manage the entire Project Plus Billing Related Information. ex. Managing Project Subscription

Company Manager


A Team Member having Company Manager privileges will be able to Add and Manage Team Members for the Company the Manager Belongs to.

Project Team Manager


A Team Member having Project Team Manager privileges will be able to Add and Manage Team Members for the Company the Manager Belongs to.

Admin / Super Admin logs in and navigates Project Team> Vendor Permissions, the 'Client Contract Manager' and 'Client Pay Manager' are

enabled ONLY If the selected member's company is a company that is set as 'Client Company'. In the below example, the selected the member doesn't belong to client company and hence both options are disabled.

When a 'Company Manager' of a company logs into the system and navigates to the Project Team > Vendor Permissions section, there are certain restrictions and permissions in place.

Firstly, the 'Company Manager' is not allowed to assign any member of their own company the Budget Module. This privilege is reserved solely for the admin, who has the authority to assign members as the Budget Manager.

Furthermore, the permissions for 'Client Contract Manager' and 'Client Pay Manager' are always disabled for the logged-in Company Manager. This is because the Company Manager's company is not designated as a 'Client Company.' These permissions are only enabled for the Company Manager if their own company is set as a 'Client Company.'

Lastly, the Company Manager does not have the ability to assign any administration roles. As a result, the following roles are hidden from the Company Manager's view:

  • Super
  • Admin
  • Admin with Billing
  • Project Team Manager

These roles are exclusively assigned by the system administrator and are not within the scope of the Company Manager's responsibilities.


Admin Assigning Permissions to his Team members

Admin sees all project team members (Across companies)

He selects a team member and clicks on the 'Vendor Permissions' toolbar icon

He assigns additional permissions to the selected user.

Grouping & Filter options

Team members can be grouped by 'Permissions'. A new option to group by permissions has been added.

Team members can also be filtered by the 'Permissions'. Clicking on the Filter control will list the 'Permission' option. Hovering on the caret will show all the 'Permissions' as shown in the mockup.

Vendor Permissions from Manage Companies

Device screens:

  • On Device, click on the Triple Dot Menu next to the Team Member you would like to Manage. In the Menu, select either Admin, Admin with Billing, or Manage Companies.
