The video below will walk you through how to navigate the Team Orientation View:


We can  navigate to a User's profile either from

 'Project Menu > Project Team' or ' ‘Safety > Team Orientation', 

and then double clicks on a user, we now show all the details of the user in the

Right Pane , instead of a popup.



Project Member - User Details

User Details Tab

The User Details tab provides comprehensive information about a project member.

1. Common Header:

  • Left Section:

    • Username: Displays the name of the user, including the first and last name.

    • Profile Image: Shows the user's profile image with the option to edit upon hover.

    • Role: Indicates the user's assigned role.

    • Company: Displays the company assigned to the user.

  • Right Section:

    • Safety Status: Shows the current safety status from the Safety Grid.

    • Policy Status: Displays the policy status based on Safety Grid information.

    • Certification: Indicates the certification status from the Safety Grid.

2. Footer:

Includes a 'Save' button for updating any changes made.

User Badge Tab

The User Badge tab focuses on displaying the user's badge information.

1. Layout:

  • The User Badge tab maintains the existing layout from the mockup.

  • No changes in functionality or validation related to user badges.

2. Mobile View:

  • On tablets and phones, the Print Icon is relocated to the left.

  • The phone retains the Fab button style for the Save function.

Safety Credentials Tab

The Safety Credentials tab showcases the safety credentials of a project member.

1. Layout:

  • The Safety Credentials tab maintains the existing layout from the mockup.

2. Footer:

  • Two checkboxes on the bottom left for verification:

    • I verify credentials submitted for this worker.

    • I verify credentials, policies, certifications for this worker.


Safety Policies Tab

The Safety Policies tab displays safety policy information for a project member.

1. Layout

:The Safety Policies tab maintains the existing layout from the mockup.

2. Footer:

  • Two checkboxes on the bottom left for verification:

    • I verify Safety Policies submitted for this worker.

    • Have worker verify the safety policies now.

  • 'Resend Safety Policies' link is located on the right.

Certifications Tab

The Certifications tab provides information on the certifications of a project member.

1. Layout:

  • The Certifications tab maintains the existing layout from the mockup.

2. Footer:

  • A new checkbox on the bottom left for verification: I verify certification for this worker.

  • 'Resend Certifications' link is displayed on the right.


Safety Policies

Here, you can access safety policies adhered to by project members, ensuring that your project is conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.

Safety Violations

In the event of any safety violations, this section will provide you with the necessary details and actions to address these issues promptly.
