This Gateway Settings will allow Users to receive Notifications in case Gateway is not detected & Battery is low.

  • Gates & Entrances in Project Location has a new 'Gateway Settings' Toolbar option.


  • Gateway Settings has TWO main sections Notification Preferences and Performance. All of the options default to the below data,
  • 'Who Should receive alerts' will default to Safety Manager
  • Battery % will default to 51%
  • BLE Range Limit will default to 75
  • Mobile Device BLE Range Limit
  • Time Segment closure Duration

 

  • 'Who should receive alerts' option will by default set to 'SAFETY MANAGER’. This can be changed to one or many Trades from the project.

 


  • Battery % will by default be set to 51%. When the Gateways configured for the Project go below this limit, an Alert will be sent to the Roles configured.


  • BLE Range Limit will be by default set to 75.


  • Mobile Device BLE Range limit is by default set to 65.


 

  • Time Segment closure is set to 15 by default.


  • If the BLE rage is changed from the default range you are displayed a conformation message with Yes/No option. Clicking on Yes will set the new updated BLE range.


  • 'BLE Range limit' in 'Gates & Entrances' will show the set BLE Range limit. 


  • Users can edit and update the BLE Range for the gateways.



Gateway not Detected Notification


With the Gateway configured for the Project and in any instance when the Gateway has NOT been detected such as when the Gateway is Offline/Non-Transmitting state, an Alert will be sent through Email, Push Notification, In App Notification & Desktop notification.

In App Notification

  • The In App notification has two options
  • Blue pin : Tapping on the Blue pin will load the Sketch file and Zoom to the Gateway Location and blink.
  • Tick : Tapping on the Tick closes the Alert pop up.

  • Tapping on the Push Notification will load the Sketch file and Zoom to the Gateway Location and blink.
