When creating your own apps, you might need to keep certain apps available only to Admin and hide them from other team members. We help you do this by allowing you to flag an app as "Hidden / Admin only", which hides the app from non-admin users in Apps Mode.

All you need to do is select the App you want to set as Admin only, and then click the Hide icon in the toolbar.

You'll be asked to confirm this action. Say YES.

When an App has been successfully hidden, you will see the icon will be displayed in the App tile too - as shown below.

HOW TO UNHIDE AN APP FOR NON-ADMIN USERS

In Apps Mode, when you select a hidden app, the icon in the toolbar will toggle to "Unhide".

Any admin user can click on the unhide icon. Once confirmed, the App will now be visible in Apps Mode to all users who have access.
