The Date Field Type lets you add a field that shows the Date.


Adding a Date field to a Form

  • To add a Date Field to a Form, simply Click and Drag the Date Field Item onto your Form.


Date Field Settings

The Date Field Settings panel is broken into 4 Tabs: 

  • Details Tab
  • The Details Tab lets you Set the Date field to Required.
  • Additionally, you set the field to Defaults to Today, Do not allow future date, Do not allow past date.  
  • Calculation You can use a formula in the calculation Tab to populate the Date Field automatically.
  • Advanced Display Advanced Display lets you use display expressions to show/hide or enable/disable this Field.
  • Validation Advanced Display lets you use a formula to validate field values.
