The Budget Manager allows GCs to control their project budget effectively. Users can lock and unlock it as needed.

Locking the Budget:

• Click 'Lock Budget' when you're confident in your budget's accuracy

• New budget line items cannot be added once the budget is locked, but you can still make modifications

Unlocking the Budget:

• Click 'Unlock Budget' if you need to add new line items or make changes

• After unlocking, you can modify existing values or add new items

• You can lock it again when you're done

Note: Each lock/unlock action is recorded as an event, ensuring transparency in user’s actions.
