Budget Details

  • Original Budget: Displays the initial budget value allocated to the budget line item.

  • Revised Budget: If there have been any changes or revisions to the original budget, this field shows the updated budget amount.

  • Remaining Balance: This field reflects the amount of budget that remains unspent after accounting for expenses and revisions.

  • Budget ID / CBS: Budget ID or Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) is a unique identifier for the budget. It helps in tracking and categorizing budgets for different purposes.

  • Division / Cost Code: The division or cost code associated with the budget line item, providing a way to categorize the budget for organizational or accounting purposes.


Associated Manufacturer and Model

 This section is relevant for equipment-related line items and displays details about the manufacturer and model of the equipment.

  • Manufacturer: Indicates the manufacturer of the equipment.

  • Model Number: Shows the specific model number of the equipment.


Additional Details

This section provides various other relevant details for the budget line item.

  • Mark-up Fee: Displays any mark-up fees associated with the budget line item.

  • Cost Type: Indicates the type of cost associated with the budget line item (e.g., labor, materials, equipment).

  • Curve: If a specific financial curve is applied to this budget, it is shown here.

  • Vendor: The vendor or supplier associated with this budget line item.


  • Estimated Start Date: Shows the anticipated start date for the budget item.

  • Estimated End Date: Displays the expected end date for the budget item.


  • Projected Schedule Start: The projected start date based on the project schedule.

  • Projected Schedule End: The projected end date based on the project schedule.
