The Creator of the Pay Application can only Delete the Pay Application.
User can select the Pay Application Row on the Client Pay Application Page and select the Delete option.
Delete - Removes the selected Payapp item from the grid permanently.
It shows a popup "Are you sure you want to delete the selected Pay App(s)? This action cannot be reverted. Yes / No"
