For any Budget Line Item of Cost Type - 'Labor is being created, When User Clicks on Budget Calculator, 'Pick From Labor Sheet' option is shown.
On Clicking on the "Pick from Labor Sheet" Button, user will be redirected to the Select from Labor Sheet Grid where all the Work Categories configured for the Project are listed as shown below.
On Clicking the Down Caret corresponding to each Work Category, all the Trades defined under it would be shown with respective Rate/Hour
User can pick the required Rate/Hour within any specific Work Category, "Pick from Labor Sheet" button as shown below, When 'Cost Type' Labor is selected
User Selects the required Work Category, Rate/Hour,User can click on Pick option to continue
Note: Trade has no effect to a Budget Item, We are selecting a Trade from Work Category to get the Default Rate for hour prefill the Budget Amount
In this Example the selected Trade = Plumbing and Rate/Hour = $30
The Unit Cost is updated with the Rate/Hour picked from the Grid.
User can update the Unit Quantity as required and Click on the Calculate Button - in this case the Unit Quantity = 20
The Original Budget , should now show the updated Amount. In this case it will be Unit Quantity (20) * Unit Cost ($30) = $600
The Work Category, Trade, Rate/Hour that has been selected should reflect in 'Labor Cost' section of the 'Budget Details' tab.
