1. File Meta Data - MULTI File Upload : Opting for multiple file uploads, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the "Details" tab of the designer.
• Add a File Meta Data (MD) field and select the 'Allow Multiple File Upload' radio button with 'Allow File Routing' enabled.
• In the app details pop-up window, all uploaded files will be displayed with serial numbers and metadata.
• Use left and right arrows to scroll through files.

When Multiple Files are uploaded

If no file is selected, clicking on the Route toolbar icon presents two options:

Route Current File: Permit routing for the currently viewed file.

Route All Files: Route all files added to the File MD Control.

If One or More Files are Selected to Route by selecting the 'Select to Route' checkbox and clicking on the Route toolbar icon presents two options:

Route Selected File: Permits routing for all selected files with the same configuration.

Route All Files: Route all files.

2. File Meta Data - SINGLE File Upload : For single file upload, follow these steps:

Select 'Allow Single File Upload' radio button.

In the app details pop-up, the "Select to Route" checkbox is not shown.

Clicking the Route Icon directly opens the Route Package pop-up.

When the "Route" icon is selected, the user will be presented with the routing configuration window as shown below:

Download File(s) (Single File) : Upon clicking the "Download" icon, present three options:

Download Current File

Download File with Markups as PDF

Download File as PDF
