Checklist Spawn Item HOVER and UI

For all Apps of type 'Checklist' Clicking on the icons present next to the Pass/Fail options in the 'Render Option As' field will open the Rules screen that can be configured for the option

Choosing the 'Spawn Item' rule enables the spawning of multiple app items for the selected question.

Sample Question Settings : 

Allow Attachments: As Enabled in the Config

Add Note: As  Enabled in the Config

Quick Link: As  Enabled in the Config

Spawn Item : As  Enabled in the Config

The Spawn Item Links Icon and the + icon has been grouped with a together with a Grey background 

Hover on the Link Icons show a brief info 

On Clicking the Details will be shown:

Required Item can be selected and Deleted

View Attachments in Quickview

• Clicking on the 'Clip' icon will load the Quick View screen, displaying the first file attachment.
• Users can navigate between attachments using Next/Previous buttons on the Quick View panel.
• File pagination will show the total count of uploaded attachments.
• A new 'Delete' option will be added to the Quick View toolbar, allowing users to delete attachments directly from the Quick View screen.
