Overview

This feature allows users to manage both console shortcuts and app shortcuts directly from the landing page for different modules (Planner, Finance, Field, Safety).

Landing Console Manager

  • The panel to "Manage Landing Console" allows users to manage both Console Shortcuts and App Shortcuts within a Module.

Planner Module Landing Console:

Manage Landing Console Icon: When clicked, displays two sections:


The Landing Page of all the Modules Planner, Finance, Filed, Safety, will have the Manage Landing Console panel with the following two sections 

a. Console Shortcuts - To Manage Landing Console elements of the Module

b. App Shortcuts - To Manage Suggested Apps of the Module



Console Shortcuts: Manage Landing Console elements.

List all individual tiles of the Landing Page for the respective module.

Each row will have a toggle button to show/hide the element on the Landing Page.



App Shortcuts: Manage suggested apps of the module.

Allows managing all Smart Apps under this section.

Each app will have a toggle button to show/hide the app on the Landing Console.




Finance Module Landing Console:

  • Console Shortcuts: List all tiles of the Landing Page for the Finance Module (excluding SAP Shortcuts).


  • App Shortcuts: Same as Planner Module.


Filed Module Landing Console:

  • Console Shortcuts: List all tiles of the Landing Page for the Filed Module.


  • App Shortcuts: Same as Planner Module.


Safety Module Landing Console:

  • Console Shortcuts: List all tiles of the Landing Page for the Safety Module.


  • App Shortcuts: Same as Planner Module.
