This feature introduces read and write access settings for checklist templates based on user roles and stages, enhancing security and control over checklist editing.

  1. New Security Settings:
    • Manage read/write access to checklist templates by role and stage.

How to Use

  1. Accessing Security Settings:

    • Navigate to the Checklist App in the App Designer.
    • Open the "Stage & Role Security" section.

  2. Configuring Read/Write Access:

    • Write Access:
      • Grant write access to specific roles at specific stages.
      • Example: For the Consultant role at the "Awaiting Approval" stage, enable write access to make the checklist editable.
    • Read Access:
      • Grant read-only access to specific roles at specific stages.
      • Example: For the Consultant role at the "Approved and Closed" stage, enable read access to make the checklist read-only.

Important Notes

  • Global Application: Security settings apply to all checklist templates, not individual ones.
  • Device Compatibility: Security settings are consistent across desktop and mobile devices.
