Overview

The Checklist app now includes new save options to streamline saving and creating new items.

Key Features

  1. New Save Options:
    • Save & Close: Commits changes and closes the properties page.
    • Save: Commits changes without closing the properties page.
    • Save Draft: Saves as a draft without committing changes.
    • Save & New: Commits changes, closes the properties page, and opens a new form.
    • Save & Copy: Commits changes, closes the properties page, and opens a new form with copied data.

How to Use

  1. Access Save Options:

    • In the Checklist app, click on the Save button to see the available save options.

  2. Choose the Desired Option:

    • Save & Close: Select this option to save your changes and close the current form.
    • Save: Select this to save your changes and keep the current form open.
    • Save Draft: Select this to save your work as a draft without committing it.
    • Save & New: Select this to save your changes, close the current form, and open a new blank form.
    • Save & Copy: Select this to save your changes, close the current form, and open a new form with the same data.

Notes

  • The new save options are available on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Ensure UI changes are approved by the User Interface team.
