The Two Icons "Reports" and "Analytics" introduced  across the Application, allow user to Create/Access 'Reports' & 'Analytics' Dashboards  either at Plan Level(Planner/ Finance/ Field/Safety) or Module Level(Sub Levels within a Module), 


New Analytics Dashboard Creation and Viewing existing Dashboards is same at the Plan Leve or Module Level, with only difference being the Data Set shown.

Note : Only Eg: Screens for Finance are shown below for reference.


Viewing Analytics Dashboards:


Clicking the "Analytics" icon in any tab opens a pop-up displaying Analytics Dashboards created ONLY in the current PLAN/Module. 


If there are No Reports created earlier, only the "Build Reports" Tile with a watermark will be displayed.




Creating Analytics Dashboard:


Click "Build Dashboard" to create a new dashboard.


Required fields include:

  • Upload Analytics Tile Image
  • Dashboard Name
  • Description
  • Workbook
  • Viz
  • Data Sets


Uploading an image for the tile is optional. If no image is added, an auto-generated thumbnail will be displayed.


Click "Select Data Sets" to choose data sets from each Module and Plan, categorized into "Suggested" and "Others".


At Plan Level, suggested data sets belong to the specific Plan in focus, while others are from remaining Plans.

Total count of selected data sets is displayed at the bottom of the window. Hovering over the count shows the selected data sets.



Users can open the Designer or Publish the dashboard based on their requirement.




Editing and Deleting Dashboards:


Edit: Clicking on the "Edit" option opens a pop-up allowing users to start editing the dashboard.

Delete: Clicking on the "Delete" option prompts a confirmation pop-up to confirm and delete the dashboard.
