Overview
This feature allows users to activate or deactivate companies within the system. It includes adding a new status field for companies and providing functionality to manage company status.
Key Features
1. Company Status
Statuses:
Active: Default status for newly created companies.
Deactivated: Status for manually deactivated companies.
Manage Companies Grid: Displays the current status of each company (Active or Deactivated).
2. Activate and Deactivate Functionality
Deactivate Company:
Select an active company.
Click the Deactivate button in the toolbar.
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
The company status updates to Deactivated and is greyed out in the grid.
Deactivated companies and their users will not appear in search results or lists.
Activate Company:
Select a deactivated company.
Click the Activate button in the toolbar.
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
The company status updates to Active, and associated users are reactivated.
3. Device Compatibility
The activate and deactivate functionalities are also available on mobile devices, with similar workflows for toggling company status.
Important Notes
Only active companies are shown in the application.
Deactivated companies and their users are excluded from all search results and listings.
