Sub Projects within a Project

Sub-projects allow you to organize large or complex jobs by breaking them into smaller, manageable parts while keeping everything connected to one main project.  Only users with admin access can create and manage sub-projects. Sub-projects must be enabled at both the organization and project levels.

Skills and Capabilities Manager

The Skills & Capabilities manager brings all resources — workers, tools, and equipment — together under a single management view. Instead of tracking each separately, you can now define one capability and apply it wherever it fits.

Workflow Activity Type Enhancements

Did you know there are different categories and types of app workflows? We’ve enhanced Workflow Activity visibility across Smartapp AppStudio™ to make workflows easier to build and easier to use.

Whether you’re configuring workflows in AppStudio Designer or acting on them in My Workspace, activity icons now clearly indicate what each step does—such as approvals, acknowledgements, or webhooks—reducing confusion and improving usability.
