Once a bid is in 'Active' status, vendors can post queries under the 'Bid Queries' tab. General Contractors (GC) can respond. Queries can be grouped by 'Companies' or 'Type'.

Sorting Options

  • Latest Reply on Top (default): Latest replies appear at the top, making it easy to find the most recent response

  • Oldest on Top: Oldest threads or responses are displayed at the top

  • Switching to latest from oldest and vice versa can be achieved when user clicks on the sort icon

Note:

  • This functionality is available for both 'Bid Manager' and 'Bid Response Manager'

  • Sorting is applied within each group when grouping by Company, and it ensures the most recent or oldest threads and replies are organized correctly
