To link a Smart item on the map, click the + button in the bottom right corner. You will see the following options:

• Add Tag

• Link

• Smart Item

Select the Link option.

You will see a black marker icon with an image of a link at the center of the Map area. You can move the marker to the location where you want the link to be placed. Once the marker is where you want it, click the green Save button at the bottom right corner.

Once the Save button is clicked a pop-up will appear. This pop up will have 2 buttons at the top:

1. Add New: This allows you to link a New 360 photo, a Photo Album, Sub Sketch, File, or Smart item

2. Add Existing: This allows you to add an existing 360 photo, a Photo Album, a BIM file, Drawings & Sheets, File, or Smart item

For this guide we will add a New 'Smart item'.

You must click the blue LINK button shown below to confirm your selection.

Once you click the LINK button, a window will appear where you can select the SmartApp you want to place on the Map. Once you select the SmartApp, the NEXT button will turn blue and you can click it to continue.

A new item from the SmartApp you selected will open and after you fill out all required fields, and click the Save button, that item will appear on the Map where you positioned the marker earlier.
