When WMS is Turned ON at the Project Level in Locations, Selecting an App from Map Mode layers will show a toolbar button 'WMS' as shown below.

Clicking on the WMS toolbar button opens the WMS configuration window for the selected App with the details of Filed label, Field type and Enable WMS option.

Enable the WMS if the metadata fields are needed to be shown as part of the WMS data.
