Any of your Locations can now be set as a ‘Locked Area’ that only allows access to specific jobsite workers and visitors!

SET UP A LOCKED AREA:


In Location Manager, start in “Gates and Entrances 

Under ‘Type’ click the dropdown menu and choose “Locked Area

This gate/entrance is now automatically locked


  1. In the ‘Allowed Access column’, turn the blue slider key to “ON

  2. Now click on the “Allowed Access” link


  1. In this pop-up, select the users you want to allow access to the Locked Area

  2. After you have highlighted the users, go to the “Location” tab 



  1. Now choose the location you want to grant these users access to

  2. Lastly, click the orange button “Add Selected” to grant access




HOW TO ADD ENTRY SETTINGS FOR A LOCKED AREA:


Now that you have a Locked Area set up, you have the option to add entry requirements and notifications to the Locked Area. 


Here’s how you can do this:

  1. In Project Location under Location Manager, click on “Settings

  2. Out of the 3 options provided, choose “Locked Area Settings



  1. In the first section, choose the attendant guard(s) who you want to receive the LiveLink call to unlock the gate

  2. In the second section, choose the required criteria to enter the locked area

  3. Choose a default language for notifications

  4. Click the orange “SAVE” button, and you’re all set!
